The installation was difficult as I couldn't provide a photo of the water bonding as it was behind kitchen cabinets, even though I could see it. I've then been charged an incorrect amount, a non standard install when it was standard and the Sal Sac is only NI when it should be tax and NI. Now the unit has stopped working , the breaker keeps tripping so can't charge my car, it's only been installed 6 weeks ago. Now I have to wait over a week for a call back when I need someone to come out and fix.

First one did not work, and have found it quite difficult to use

Zappi loses Grid CT every time. Useless.

It'll give the car about 0.5kWh before losing Grid CT according to app and terminal. Then I try to restart it and Zappi claims my car is fully charged when it has 2 miles of range. Back outside into the rain I go to unplug and replug it, for the same to happen. I'm just glad I didn't buy a fully electric car and my PHEV can use petrol given this useless kit can't give me power.

This is not a simple plug and play product. My sparky even completed an install course and there was compatibility and programming issues with the unit. Chatgbt was eventually able to provide information on how to program, connect havi, and interpret ct clamp settings.

We recently had the Zappi Glo EV charger fitted through E.ON Next together with downloading the myenergi App. The app is easy to use and I was able to add my husband to the account so he can monitor the electricity charges. Very pleased with the charger and app.
