I would say the good outweighs the bad, the blades are amazing, and I’ve used them for years, even my boyfriend has converted. I would say however the blade clip is a little bit poorly designed. I won’t do anything about it though as it would defeat the purpose of buying something reusable, so, as long as it works most of the times, 5 stars still.

Cheapest price on the market for the item I need, ordered it on Friday and by Saturday it was already delivered.

Ordered a few furniture items from them over the years and never had issues. Overall very satisfied. Delivery wise, it is all up to GLS so i will not hold that against VidaXL, but it usually takes about 2 weeks for the item to arrive.

I have ordered an expensive item and , it seems that I unfortunately made the wrong choice by having my parcel delivered with Budbee at one of their boxes.
I have waited for a while and since the status of the parcel has not changed, so I decided to contact them and it turns out my parcel is in another city!? I really don’t understand how that could happen.
Since this is a very expensive mistake, and I still have no follow up on when I’ll receive my item, I can only rate them 1 start

Whenever I had parcels delivered at home, the courier would not even ring the door and just send it to a parcel shop instead.
So to maximize my chances of receiving my packages, unusually have them delivered at a parcel shop instead.

It’s no surprise, but postnord is very hit or miss.
My package was sent to a different pakkebox than the one I chose to be delivered at, luckily it was not very far, just inconvenient.
And speaking from past experiences, happens often with home delivery service that they’ll just flat out not deliver it to you and leave it at a pakkebox instead, so there’s no winning with them.

It’s been a ride, but I have gotten my items, and then some.
It hasn’t really been CommeDeux’s fault but rather DAO’s (hence the 5 starts), however, once I reached to customer support it has all been resolved within hours, so kudos to their team.
The items themselves seem nice quality and while the shipping seems a little bit troublesome I would most like buy again

I got my orders delivered within a couple of hours in the Copenhagen region, really pleasant experience.
