I had a previous issue that was not yet resolved. I spoke with AJ and explained what had not been fully resolved, she listened and got the full understanding of the situation. After that she worked to quickly resolve my issue in a courteous professional manner. I have been a customer with NuAqua since 2021. Customer service like AJ provided is why I am still a loyal customer. 😁

The software is easy to use and yields great results.
Improves depth and texture of your images on a top shelf level.
Using it for custom t- shirt and poster designs.
Much better than others I tried.

POTV seems to be a very good company.
I've had nothing but positive experiences with them since first inquiring with them last year about their products.
POTV to me seems to be a very decent company that cares about their customers, wants them to be aware of what they are purchasing and come back to them for future needs. Special shout out to Larry and Miguel, who are very focused on getting you what you want and need.
I also read alot of reviews on them before purchasing and if something was wrong , even if it took time, they made it right.
I plan on making another purchase from them in the next few months.

The staff at Arendal, are knowledgeable, courteous and detailed. They treat you like family.
Every question I had was answered in a timely fashion.
You can tell they take pride in their products and are very passionate about them.
I've spoken to some other subwoofer companies and none have treated my inquiries with such concern.
It's like the staff at Arendal are purchasing the equipment for their own system, and all the details are measured and judged. I read about their customer service, and it sounded a little exaggerated.
Honestly they have already assured me they earned that reputation.
