Customer service is probably the worst I’ve ever experienced so unless you know you’re keeping 100% of what you order don’t bother.

I ordered 7 items including two trainers, happy with 3 items I kept great deal and great quality. I
sent 4 items back including trainers and have been Incorrectly refunded and told I marked the trainers even though they arrived with a mark on.

To accuse a customer of this and then to keep the trainers and try to charge the customer is probably illegal. Highly put off ordering from here again which is a shame as I love the clothes. Ordered end of June and still applying for refund now :/
