Terrible customer service , spent over £400 on a 4 seater cart for my grandchildren and after 5 uses , one of the poles that holds up the sunshade snapped . Tried to buy a replacement but nothing in stock and told they don’t know when they will be back in , still selling the carts so not sure why it isn’t possible to get a replacement pole ! The cart will be useless this summer without the canopy to protect the children !! Asked for manager contact but no response !!

Customer service awful , faulty machine under warranty, hrs on phone on hold , call back never happens . After 2 weeks finally get a call back and told rest assured you now have a case number and we will get it sorted . So send all information needed , replying to them 2 days ago and guess what .. no reply . Not what you expect paying £700

I returned an item 3 weeks ago and not been refunded ! Can not get anyone to speak to and no reply to my email ! I will have to contact the credit card now to deal with them !! So surprised to hear all of these awful reviews 😢

Still waiting for a refund from an order 3 weeks ago never received . Have contact top shop 3 times and still waiting for a refund. Terrible customer service . Will never order again
