I am actually shocked to read some of the negative reviews. I have recently discovered this store and jumped in and bought 10 leather jackets (I am an addict). Without exception, the product dimensions given are accurate. The condition descriptions (bar one that had no reference to major structural damage and will be a write-off) are meticulous if not leaning to underplay how great the items are. Dispatch of orders Sunday is Monday and a week later to Aus from UK. And on occasion, when needed, enquiries are met with super fast and friendly responses. See you in Hembry Rehab because I will be buying more. :)

Just all round excellent. I cancelled my Optus after my presumed locked price contract kept rising despite them compromising my identity. Paid out the handset to switch and so glad I did. Way happier with Moose, equal coverage, but $40
A month less (actually not so much difference factoring paying for a handset outright) but still a $200 a year saving for better customer service and transparency. I tell everyone who will listen!

Super speedy delivery. Great price on special, even with postage. Haven't opened the Aspire Zelos X as it is part of my stockpile and probably won't be opened until 2027 or later! But all intact. Correct colour. Very happy customer. Thanks!

The customer service at Mr Porter has been exemplary, via email, live chat and phone provisions. From promptly answering numerous sizing enquiries and other (probably annoying questions about ordering), to the free home DHL pickup for returns and facilitating a refund of duties and taxes. Moreover, each representative is beyond courteous and really makes you feel like a VIP. This was my first Mr Porter order (ordered three pairs of $400 sneakers and returned one due to size). The international postage time (about a week), product presentation (packed with lovely black tissue paper) and product (flawless) all impressed me greatly. I shall certainly be favouring this site for future 'luxury' shoe and clothing purchases.
