Site doesn’t look entirely legit, but I got my items superfast, they were well packaged and as expected. No complaints here!

I’ve purchased from CB for many years now, semi-regularly. I like the products and some of the brands I can’t easily find elsewhere. But as a non-UK customer (in the EU still) the delivery time of over 7 working days is just so frustrating - not to mention the marketing emails and campaigns pushing for their app that can only be downloaded in the UK. I have found other sites for almost all the brands I like now.

Superquick delivery, smooth buying process

I have made a couple of orders and always been pleased. However, this time, a problem occured and I get to experience the total lack of customer service. I ordered a parcel on April 22nd. It never arrived, so after contacting customer service I was informed I would get a refund (although I would have preferred to get the product I acutally ordered). It is now 3rd of June and I still have not received a refund. I have contacted customer service three (3!) times and always get information that they will get back to me.

I am sorry, but this is just terrible - especially for an e-commerce selling luxury items.

Har beställt från Skincity i flera år och ger dem högsta betyg. De är alltid absurt snabba med att skicka paketen, har aldrig varit med om att någon i ordern varit fel, skadat eller på annat sätt tokigt. Kundtjänst är alltid så trevliga om man har frågor eller behöver råd. Stor eloge!

I placed an order, with the expected delivery time of 3-10 days. My order had after 13 days not appeared, so I contacted customer service by e-mail. I received a fairly quick and very polite response, and a replacement package has now been sent. I sincerely hope it arrives within the 10 days...

Although I seem to have had better experience with customer care than other reviewers, I still cannot recommend the company. It is simply way too long with 10 days delivery time, and surprising that they do not offer express delivery on the replacement packages. If my replacement package arrives within 10 days, it will still be over 3 weeks since my order. Disappointing, there are way too many actors on the online cosmetics scene to spend any time on this one.
