Purchased a shaver on 02/12/25 which still hasn't been delivered, the customer service hasn't been great either mostly a lot of "your order will be with you in the next 24hrs". Evri have set up a delivery slot twice and both times the driver hasn't shown up even though I've been in both times and braun customer service just don't seem to care. Issue is still ongoing

Order an item from braun which was dispatched and it still hasn't arrived. 2 delivery slots have been made on 2 separate days Monday and Wednesday no idea what happened on Tuesday guess my order was just sat in the warehouse all day. On the days delivery slots were made no attempt to deliver my parcel was made by the driver during the time despite me being in all day. Just absolute time wasting
