One Star Is Too Big For Big Fish
One star is too much for these cheaters. When I noticed an on-going charge when I had cancelled months before, I called Mastercard who gave me the advice to change my card number. Yikes! And always to take a screen shot or picture of any transaction you make with such as Big Fish. BF has sold to a new group and they are definitely scammers. When I tried to call them and learn their phone number as advised by them, I was told the charge would be a refundable five dollars but they needed my credit card number. Because Big Fish already had it, I didn't hesitate. When I got the number for Big Fish and called it, I got ads for other things, not a way to stop the charges. Later, Mastercard called me again and said that the answering company, Canadian, charged me 90 dollars, not five. None of my emails or passwords that got me buying the product worked and they were correct. They made it impossible to cancel my membership or tell them to stop charging me. Is the so-called Big Fish a money eating shark?
