Visited both the Norwich & Ipswich branches in the past 2 days. Test driving one car in Norwich & then a higher spec model in Ipswich, which I ultimately bought. Both Austin in Norwich & Rob in Ipswich were friendly, helpful & patient during my visits. I was not put under any pressure to buy at anytime. During my longer visit at Ipswich, while paperwork was completed, we were regularly asked if we'd like drinks etc. All the admin was completed very smoothly & explained very clearly. Best of all, so far, I love my new car.

Everything I needed was in stock & I could pick a very quick delivery date. The accessories required for the sinks were shown with the items, so it was easy to select what I needed. I was kept informed of the delivery all the way.

Love that their products are eco-friendly. The deodorants all smell really good & the reusable cases look great

Polite & helpful. Sorted everything out for us in a matter of minutes. Such a contrast to the awful service we received from Carpetright a few months ago. It's Tapi for me from now on.
