Friendly,professional staff. A better price than local dealer,fast ,safe delivery. This heat pump was for a large outbuilding. I may need a larger unit for our house in a few years and BPH is who I'll look too.

If you want your precious packages dumped along the roadside,in the snow,in front of your property, instead of,at your door,like all the other delivery services, then insist on UPS. This is not an isolated event for me,it's all the time. I shudder when I order online and see that UPS will handle(I should say"mishandle") it.
