I have used Best canvas in the past…
I have used Best canvas in the past with good results. Recently I ordered two canvases. An 8X10 and a 30X40. The website said the photos I attached were perfect in quality for the size I was ordering. I went with white edges and there was no option to reposition the photos. The canvases arrived but the photos were very off center. Best offered to reprint the large one free of charge but due to not able to ship under $80 to Canada, they won’t reprint. I was offered 40% off on my next order. So I have to order $200 worth of prints to get my money back on the original misprint. Either way I will have to take the canvas to have it custom framed which will be costly. Very disappointed and disheartened.

Worse service ever
Worse service ever, i ordered, received a damaged parcel, showed them pictures of a damaged parcel, they ask again and again other pictures from all the angles possible and then they do not want to send a replacement as they are facing tariffs. WTF, your client has a damage canvas but you cannot send a replacement because of tariffis this a joke ?????

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. The pictures will not stay in the wall. When I told Best canvas, it took a long time for them to offer me a credit. When I went to reorder a different product they told me they were unable to provide it to Canada and now they won’t give me a refund.

The prints are nice, magnets don't work.
The prints are nice and lightweight, decent quality. The magnets fell off of every wall I tried them on. I had to buy command hooks to hang them successfully. That said, they're overpriced with no hanging mechanism.
