Although I have been buying Camper shoes for many years and have always liked your products, I was very disappointed with the level of customer service I received. After placing an order, I was informed several days later that you were unable to fulfil it and was offered a 20% discount voucher as compensation.

Unfortunately, there was very little empathy shown in the communication, and the voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, such as your current sale, making it of little value to me. Is this really the best solution Camper can offer? I expected a much higher standard of customer service from a brand I have supported for so many years.

This was by far the worst car rental experience I have ever had. The company seems determined to extract additional money from customers and create unnecessary problems. If you refuse to pay the extra charges, they simply won't give you the car.

I arrived with all the required documentation, but because my credit card displayed my initials rather than my full first name, they refused to release the vehicle unless I paid an additional €200.

While their prices may appear cheap at first, be prepared for unexpected costs and complications. In the end, you could end up paying much more than you anticipated.

I strongly recommend avoiding this company and using a reputable car rental provider instead.

I was all day home and never heard a bell ring; then I received a message to say that my parcel was delivered to the local depot because I was not at home! I think this is a normal practice when they run late, they don't even bother going to the addresses and they give the parcels to the depot. I don't know if this is a DPD practice or a driver's decision to get a few extra breaks or because they are overwhelmed and run late.

Amazing customer service and expertise. I am so glad I found this company. Rob is great and their product/services are so fair and such good value for money.

I recently bought a bike from Blade Ducati in Abingdon and the whole experience was excellent. I liaised with George Kruczko, who was very helpful, informative, and made the whole experience easy despite the lockdown limitations. The communication was spot on and prompt and on the day everything went like clockwork. I will certainly go back for anything else I need.

I bought this product after I read the reviews online. I received it today and it looks solid and compact, exactly what I was looking for. It's a fantastic value-for-money product, however, the most amazing surprise was the fast dispatch and the incredible communication and customer service from David. Very rarely nowadays you get 5 stars in value, quality, and service. I will certainly be a return customer for Pragmasis.

I regret doing business with this company; they have lied to me promising a service (no waste to landfill) that they can't deliver. I've got this in writing! This was the reason why I made the change from my previous supplier and to my surprise, I found out that some of the waste still goes to landfills! Their customer service is appalling to non existing; A big mistake that I regret.

Even one star is too generous for Virgin Media's customer service. Absolutely appalling. Their call centre is somewhere in Asia and people are either ignorant or rude or both. Get a grip VM!

I changed my package with a condition that a) I will keep the same landline number and b) the internet will not be interrupted. Guess what! They promised this will not happen and they messed up both. They cancelled the internet service 30 minutes after my call ended and I was without internet for 5 days till they connected the new service!!! Considering that I work from home this has been a huge disruption. Despite I had asked them 3 times to verify this will not happen!! Oh, still I haven't had my original landline number back. How incompetent one can really be to mess this up so badly?

Excellent, informative service, very patient and always happy to answer all my questions and provide any information required. I preferred LifeSearch over my Bank's services and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Ryan you're great, thank you for your support.
