The most inconvenient shopping experience, the most complicated and least concise menu system, the least navigable website, the most vague categorizing, this gift card/virtual card/ecard issuer is simply horrible. Extremely unmanageable and complicated. Only gift their products/cards to someone who you really hate and want to get nervous over how non-straightforward and unfun it is to shop with them. Despised and appalled.

Perfume called Darkness (Thé Noir 29 dupe) went vapid after cc 3 months of use. We did tell them that we used the perfume for about 3 months when we started to feel it gone bad. So obviously one of the bottles I returned was far from being full! THE OTHER BOTTLE WAS FULL because it was vapid already upon first spray so we did not use it. I contacted them with the issue. Was told to return it for full refund but no return label was provided and I took the time and money to return on my own expense for them to investigate.
Upon receiving it they have not admitted to it going stinky/vapid stating there was no issue with their product AND DID NOT REFUND ME and told me they would send the gone stinky perfumes back to me again on my own expenses. They also gaslighted me pretending I did not tell them that we used one of the perfumes for cc 3 months before it gone vapid and used this as another excuse why they would not refund which is ridiculous. First bottle gone bad after using about the half of it, in 3 months but just repeating the other one I returned was full as it was vapid already upon opening and first smell. This is not a valid argument from their side because the perfume has gone vapid!! Liars/gaslighters. Other perfume makers accept returns and give refunds even just for customers not liking their products and a perfume going bad in 3 months is so bad and very far from us just not liking it. I never had such a bad issue with any perfume!
On a sidenote the other perfumes I ordered from them did not go bad/vapid yet but are not strong enough and other people can't smell them. I literally was asked by a colleague why I don't wear a perfume today (that colleague always compliments my perfumes) - on that day I wore one of Amourscents perfumes and no one could smell it in an hour or so after spraying it, including me. Any days when I wear other perfumes I can smell them all day and get compliments.
Their argument was also that the product was free which is also a lie. The first The Noir 29 dupe was part of a x 3 bundle and I have paid £45 for the bundle.
The second The Noir Dupe was a part of a buy one get one free promotion (the other perfume was a different scent which I have kept) so I ended up with only ONE product which means that I have LOST OUT ON THE PROMOTION and I had to send back the perfumes on my own cost.
These sellers think people are very stupid.
They are scammers because they did not admit the The Noir 29 dupe perfumes went vapid and they are trying to tell lies about them being sent for free.
I don't know what country this mentality works in but I truly wonder that this business survived selling in the UK with an approach like this. I can see though that they have rebranded themselves earlier already, wonder why???

Though it was not possible to find out that contrarily to what was advertised there is actually no availability for the helicopter flight at all - and it only turned out AFTER i purchased my voucher which left us highly disappointed - this company very quickly refunded me everything.
Just make sure you check the activity youre going for is actually available BEFORE you buy your voucher to spare you the disappointment if it is not because sometimes it appears it is while it is in fact not so you buy the voucher in vain.

This is one of my go to online shops. Good quality stuff, i can find here my unique, feminine looking stuff. I ordered special pieces from here that I will keep forever I guess because they are classic. Got lots of compliments wearing some of these, people wondering where the hell do i shop as they can't find stuff like that:-)
