Answering the phone appears to be a problem! However I got an email telling me that my policy price would increase, the policy was a 4 year GAP policy to reimburse me the invoice value, for which I paid up front. I do not understand how this can increase and to make maters worse my credit card has been stored and debited without my permission. Not once was it mentioned that they would do this, you expect when paying the full 4 years up front that no further charges are applicable! To make maters worse my fee was £220.50, they have based their calculations on £250.50. If I was aware of this I would not have purchased the policy. I also emailed them and had no response. Time for the onbudsman I think.

Muddy tree, late delivery!

We had used these Pinesandneedles we had a pub and found all to be well. Now it seems to have gone all wrong which is very sad. The tree we received was mud covered and delivered late, since it was so late we had no choice but to wash it down and try and get the best as we had guests coming round and wanted it in place. After sending them photos and requesting some kind of refund, they only offered 15% off our next order. Now having looked at the reviews on here we should never have used them and never again shall we. Found a far better local one at half the price. I think Pinesandneedles have now sadly run thier course and lost the plot. We won't be coming back.

Fantastic!

I'm shocked at some of the bad reviews on here, I have had multiple zen installations and have found Zen to be both incredibly reliable with excellent communication. Their broadband is fast and reliable, emphasis on the reliable. They put broadband into a care home for my mother who had dementia, when a fault appeared on the line, they were incredible. It's not easy coordinating so many people and making sure that they did not communicate with my mother as she would not have understood. Zen always looked at their notes and knew the situation whenever I needed to talk to them.

Sadly the quality is now so bad I’m not…

Sadly the quality is now so bad I’m not coming back. Historically it was brilliant but I’m sure that to maintain the continuous all year round offers something has to give. It looks great at first, the you wash it, colour fades, transfers peel off even at 30 degrees. Today was the last straw, I was looking at the collar of a sweatshirt and it was a mess, you would get a better finish stitching it yourself. Sizes are inconsistent, got an XL and a large, they were identical.

One of the directors posted a revenge…

One of the directors posted a revenge review on google against our company as we are taking them to court. In effect they don't like the fact that their trainers rejected the 50% offer of full and final payment then they post a review which personally attacks me, "A bunch of charlatans whose "...me..." only recently crawled out of the gutter. Not fit to be trusted."
A childish and appalling way to conduct yourselves.
The training was done, at the price agreed and the customer was happy, so what is the problem with paying for it? Then they leave such a childish review.

Now going through court to get paid by…

Now going through court to get paid by this company, they could pay the 50% so long as we accepted it as full and final payment, which would be the same day. As we didn't take the offer we were left with no indication of when any payment would be made. Now waiting for it to go through the courts. PAY YOUR TRAINERS!

My partner and I are now out of pocket…

My partner and I are now out of pocket with these people, the offer of 50% is appalling though not unexpected from this company.

Shocking conduct and they should be ashamed, though I get the feeling this was on the cards for some time and they have used Covid-19 as a smoke screen.

I've had lots of deliveries with these…

I've had lots of deliveries with these guys and they have been on time and excellent. I really love the app. Lets face it when you are waiting for others you daren't even go to the loo for fear of missing them thanks to the 1 hour window, which in my experience has always been met.

Been using them for a few years now

Been using them for a few years now, their admin portal is just excellent, had an application where I needed to setup a temp extension and temp phone line for one week, total cost about £3. Instead of the nightmare with other companies having to ring to cancel or reconfigure, did this all through the control panel. ACE!

Obviously have obtained data from Harringtons Advisory, avoid these like the plague. Claim to be solicitors but when questioned they are not. 39% + VAT PPI fee for something you can do yourself.

Not impressed with the mail drop in my …

Not impressed with the mail drop in my area. It's miss-leading and does not show what their fees are going to be. They are 25% + VAT for something that you can easily do yourself. It's typical that a dodgy approach is to apply VAT after in respect of a consumer considering that VAT would ALWAYS BE PAID. There will also be a fee cap very soon so don't use these parasites, it was bad enough to be ripped off by the banks, now these people charge excessive fees for a couple of letters. In fact the fees go to aggressive marketing. In fact google reclaim PPI for free and go past the advertising sites and you will find help.

Absolute crooks

Absolute crooks, state they charge 10% over the phone then you find out in the very small print is is 39% plus VAT. They now have a CCJ against them and look like they are going to lose their licence. Sooner the better.

This company is linked to harringtons advisory ltd, what they tell you over the phone doesn't match the t&cs. Watch out for the 39% plus vat fees for very little work. We have had a nightmare with this crew. Don't the claim yourself its dead easy.

Not the best of service, offered VAT invoice and then told they are not VAT registered. The product key worked but I don't trust. Had to argue to get a reasonable invoice compliant with HMRC.
