The system works well under standard conditions, but it fails to handle unexpected issues, leading to a grueling recovery process. My battery dropped below the minimum charge threshold and entered a 'deep sleep' mode. Now, the inverter shows an error, production is zero, and the system doesn't even recognize the batteries. My installer has been struggling to restart the system for over a week.
SolarEdge support has been nonexistent—it’s shameful. Given the high price point, I expected a premium experience, but the reality is a lack of smart functions and very limited user control (only four presets). With so many better alternatives for shaded areas today, there’s no reason to choose SolarEdge. Avoid them if you can.
UPDATE:
Shortly after my initial review, I was contacted by the SolarEdge global support team. They performed a remote analysis and quickly identified a faulty DC-DC module within the inverter. They promptly sent a replacement unit, which is now installed and working perfectly. It turns out my initial frustration was largely due to my local installer’s lack of familiarity with SE systems and their support portal. I’m happy to say the system is now performing as expected, and the global support was excellent.

"Most objective" site that prevents access to the paid content from outside the Germany. I wonder how this is compliant with EU non-discrimination policy? Get lost .

The worst mobile operator in Lithuania, avoid if you can. I signed two-year agreement and they managed increase price of service THREE times! However after each increase you can terminate the contract, but you have to get new SIM card, plus lease of the equipment is still valid and so on, and so on. But even after these bloody years termination of the contract is not easy. You call them in advance, but no, they do not have an option for termination at the preset date. However when you call to terminate immediately, they start telling that service will be terminated in a weeks time, etc. Scammers, shame that they still manage to exist.

I used Bolt since they were Taxify, but now it is over. They sent threatening message about violating Bolt rules. When asking support what rule I violated, the only answer I got - you violated the rule, we can’t tell you particularly, because it is automated message. But if you violate again we will take action against you. No comments. Prices are going up, service quality - down, customer support - non-existent. Avoid if it is not too late.

After sales service is non-existing.
I had an issue with an item purchased, they required inspection, so I sent back the item on my expense. Three months passed - no item, no money, no response. Typical careless dropshipper. Avoid.

It was my first shopping in BikeInn, and the last one for sure.
It took over a week from order to delivery status marked as "delivered" by Hermes, but I still got no items ordered and I am now spending my time with dumb and dumber bots of Hermes and BikeInn to find the lost parcel. Using such awful delivery company ruins the reputation of the vendor itself. I hope I will get my money back via PayPal, but if you care about your time and emotions - just avoid.

UPDATE: Order finally arrived, so I improved experience by 1 star, As this is a channel where I got only answer from BikeInn and Hermes, here are the details:

No meaningful response either from Hermes or BikeInn to date. Only automated emails/bot replies repeating the same delivery tracking number.

The worst delivery in Germany. It is now over a week they are delivering my parcel and even it is marked as delivered, I still haven't got it. Liars.

It was a good site, but no longer. I am buying on Bike-discount since 2013, but recent deliveries were disappointing. It started with unusually long order picking time - last two orders were prepared in 4(!) business days after sending an order. Then I received an item with manufacturing defect and now I'm enjoying all the beauty of miserable client service. My first email was answered after 4 days, despite clearly visible mechanical defect they required 12 EUR worth item to be sent back "for inspection", but postage service was not available from my country. After some discussions they promised to reimburse my postage costs, but after I sent the item, response was, that "we only can offer you a voucher". Bad feelings, very disappointed, will think twice before buying from them again.

My order was "cancelled by boots.com" stating no reason. Items are still available on site an I can re-order - so it's not out of stock issue.
Waste of time - Avoid.
