Your deliveries were somewhat chaotic. One parcel from John Lewis never arrived and your tracking system showed it was on its way for two weeks. In the end JL replaced it and sent it by another courier. Arranging returns just never worked. You gave me exact collection times four times and never turned up. In the end one of your delivery people took pity on me and took the return. We have been shielding for nine months and you are the only delivery service to fail us.
