Excellent customer service.…
Even though I had not bought my heater new, when it required a repair every member of staff I spoke to could not have been more helpful. The repair itself was carried out promptly and and for what I considered a very reasonable price. Excellent customer service.

Not always what you expect
Golf18 sometimes offer "savings " which you expect to be against the cost of a round of golf. However these are usually only offset against their booking fees rather than the golf itself. I purchased $500 worth of golf18 vouchers for $300. A great deal I thought until I discovered I could only save $4 or $5 per round booked and even then the same rounds were often cheaper on other sites anyway. An attempt to reclaim my money once I had realised it was not what I had expected was met with a blank refusal. I acknowledge that there are some rounds that I could have offset the total cost using the vouchers but there is no way of identifying them up front. I would also query why golf18 is offering rounds of golf at times that are well after dark and therefore unplayable (Royal St.Cloud)

Mistakes happen but it's how you resolve that matters.
Despite having so much choice the staff helped us narrow our selection until we got to the ideal suite for our needs. We were so pleased we also ordered a sofa and chair for our study. Ordered in March delivered in June. The delivery guys spotted that the footstool to our black leather suite had the wrong colour stitching. No problem they said, they would take it back and we would probably hear some thing that day or at least by the following day. We didn't. When we chased them much later only then did they say they would reorder the correct item. We are now being told the item we ordered in March will be delivered in September. Mistakes happen but being told "well that's how long it takes" is unacceptable. It would also have helped if when emailing me they had taken the trouble to spell my name correctly and being thanked for having "separated" with them has left me mystified.
