I have previously purchased a PC from PC Specialist and happy with that experience I ordered from them again. Overall my experience was positive and I am very happy with my new PC. There were two small issues, first due to a conflict with the processor and the Gigabyte motherboard I originally selected my PC failed testing. This was only identified to me when I contacted PC Specialist who were helpful in resolving the issue. The only other issue was upon receipt of my new PC I noted the two PCI cards in the machine had not been secured and I had to add screws to do so. Other than these issues I am delighted with the service I received from PC Specialist and my new PC and would recommend them to anyone wanting a custom spec system.

I purchased an Eve Mattress after reading existing reviews. The Eve Mattress arrived on the specified date and the mattress protector I had also ordered arrived a few hours later. Having recently undergone radiotherapy and having already suffered from sleep issues prior to treatment I was in search of mattress which would offer me a comfortable and peaceful nights sleep. The reviews spoke of the positive benefits previous customers had had and given the 100 nights return policy I believed it was worth the cost and I have to say I am very pleased with the mattress which helps me sleep and keeps me comfortable when sleep does elude me.

I ordered my custom PC on Sunday 7th February using the fast track & Saturday delivery options and received my machine on Saturday 13th. The regular update of where my PC was in the build process available via the website was excellent for keeping you updated on the status of my order. As for the machine itself, I am delighted with spec of the machine and the quality of the build. I have now been putting the PC through its paces and have found it to be flawless in terms of performance.
