How many times do I have to write that an Evri delivery is awful

We contacted Key for an assessment of the best way to raise some money for repairs on the house & another car (which was sorely needed). The representative came promptly to explain our choices. We have opted for a lifetime mortgage which is still in the process at the moment and it has lifted a weight off our minds as we now have the new car and have made arrangements for a new drive which was breaking up. Later we can draw down more money should the need arise. All in all we are happy with the way things are going.
