Customer service is honestly such a joke, it’s beyond ridiculous, absolute shite, sons boots came completely crushed, I’d order from adidas direct next time even if it cost more.

Honestly never had such poor delivery service, only 1 item arrived and driver no idea where the other is,on the tracking it states delivered for them both, last time they left my parcel at a completely random address and after contacting them, no reply, poor poor company, don’t blame the drivers but not impressed with service one bit, dpd is on a different level in my opinion

Ordered some land rover parts from paddocks I was pleased with the site and the prices then I got a phone call at home to advise me that one part of my order was out of stock but very polite and helpful and advised me on an alternative part, quick delivery and well packed, it doesn't get much better !!!
