I’m from Newcastle and don't have a branch nearby,(hopefully we get one soon!) so I made sure to stop by the Glasgow store while in town for a gig.
The selection in-store is big and varied and I particularly liked the large RST range - a good mix of quality and affordability. I ended up getting a full kit (jacket, jeans, boots, and gloves) at a great price.
Special mention to Sarah who was brilliant and was incredibly patient with me while I worked out whhat gear I wanted. She also gave me some really excellent advice on helmets, even though I didn't buy one this time.
The overall experience was great and well worth the visit if you are in the area and want top notch gear and service.

My fault was quickly found and fixed!
Workman had severed the cooper wire and the engineer quickly found the problem and fixed the issue.

I breathe a sigh of relief when I order something online and delivery is by DPD.
Everything is as it should be:
+ clear delivery slots
+ Real time tracking
+ Delivery options

Where can't ever courier be this good?

Second time I have used Kent Traders and both times were great - simple and easy.
They had 'specialist" products I couldn't find elsewhere or that were overly expensive from other websites.
For common products I will use local suppliers but for any uncommon or specialist products I will be back.

I placed an order on 1 January for a Sonic Collectable and was very happy with the price - nearly half the price of some competitors!
On 5 Jan I received a 'shipped' email but no information on courier or a tracking number. After chasing the delay with Rarewaves customer support on 12 January & 15 January I was informed they would "investigate" - a few days later I got another shipped email with a tracking number.
The product was then delivered a few days later.

I have used Darts Corner several times over the past few years and have had no issues at all. Prices are competitive and selection is large so I usually find what I'm looking for.
Rarely have to buy from anywhere else and I will be back to order more

I ordered multiple producers - Wall Panels, Panel Trim and Adhesive.
The panels arrived with no issues but the trim and adhesive was missing from the delivery.
When raised as an issue with suctomwr support I was quickly refunded with no hassle.

Very happy with Fil and the overall service from Autosave.
