I really struggle finding a mascara that doesnt clump or transfer, and after seeing some social media posts I thought I'd give Kake a try. Not only is the branding really on point, the product itself is wonderful in so many ways. Firstly the fact the product has a lash serum built in, allows your lashes to flourish while wearing the mascara, which applied so easily. Secondly the wand, which you can adjust, helps to apply into the corners of top and bottom lashes. Its also also good to use on brows. The mascara removed really easily with a cotton pad and warm water, and my lashes felt soft afterwards. I ordered The Effortless Set and the scrunchie is a great extra, classy and chic. As a women of a certain age, who struggles with transfer/ panda eyes, I really love this product and cant rate highly enough.

I had a really poor experience when I purchased a cookie online for my Sons 21st birthday. The colours represented online were green and yellow. The colours were actually pale mint green and pale yellow. The wording was also wrong and the writing was very poor. I complained at the time and was told it was the only green they do and I was advised they could 'bang' some more colour on which I declined since I didnt want it to look any worse than it did, not realising at the time the wording was wrong. When I got home and checked the email I contacted Millies via their contact form and also messenger. They responded saying I had not contacted them in the allowable time and there was nothing they could do. I am astounded at the poor service provided.

My first experience AND LAST of using Opodo! I made 1 booking Madrid to Edinburgh made up of 2 flights (as outlined in search) but Opodo could only confirm 1 of the flights after booking, they then suggested an alternative flight which I accepted only for this also to not be confirmed. So they then refunded the flight they could not confirm and left me with 1 of the 2 flights which they advised they could not cancel. three different people on chat/ calls advised I would be refunded in full but I was not and it is horrendous using chat and call functions. Every person is pre scripted to say the same thing to customers and basically get you off the phone. I was left with a partially refunded booking and a flight I could not use.IT WAS THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!

Great service from Divan Bed Warehouse. Bed arrived as per my order (colour/ fabric) in perfect condition. I was a bit wary about ordering from an online retailer but all was first class. The item was delivered in the delivery timeframe give at time of placing order and the delivery drivers were very pleasant too. So all in all a great transaction. Would highly recommend.

I really deliberated whether to send a package with Hermes again, given numerous issues in the past plus the coverage of how packages are treated shared on various social media platforms. This particular package was being shipped fairly locally, however outwith my local authority area therefore I took the decision to post, only for the receiver to advise me that Hermes had advised them it had been destroyed in the depot. The item being shipped was a brand new bed set, so how it could be destroyed is beyond me. The claim process requires you to include 2 pictures of the damage, which I cannot send since it was damaged in the depot so I have no doubt there will be issues for me with this. It really is a very very poor service where nobody seems to give a HOOT about the customer.
