Clyde and his colleagues at Fasthosts have been exemplary in supporting me migrating my website. I'm not technically minded regarding websites but Fasthosts consistently offer great support. They get back to you quickly and nothing's too much trouble.
My website was out of date so I needed to install a new theme, they helped with all the backup aspects and how to create a staging website before launching the new one.
At one point I had two hosting Wordpress themes running simultaneously (the current and staging sites) but we managed to keep within the cancellation window so I could move forward with just the one hosting. TBH, I think I'd be quite lost without Fasthost's support. Thanks

Nobody could fault Themegrill they are a brilliant company. I've used their themes for years first Esteem and now recently I updated to Zakra theme.
If like me you run a Wordpress website, themes can seem overwhelming as there's just so many to choose from.
What I most like about Themegrill - beside's their beautiful highly adaptable themes is their support. Samir and his team are there for you if you need help with any technical behind the scenes 'WP Dashboard' aspects. Providing small beneficial help like providing custom css to remove or tidy any glitches. Yo can see that they are really devoted to their brand and tbh I think I'd be a bit lost without them.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Themegrill.
I've used Wordpress to run my website for several years now. Sometimes I need support and that's where Themegrill really excel.
I've used other companies themes before and the support was just not there. I find Themegrill super attentive and helpful. This is important as platforms like Wordpress can be a bit of a minefield at times, if you're not so technically minded with how the Wordpress dashboard is set up.
On top of that, Themegrill offer beautiful themes which are constantly updated. If I changed my theme I would definitely choose another of Themegrill's rather than looking elsewhere, I really trust them and am happy I found them.
