Being a webpage rookie in terms of programming I rely on quick and helpful support. This is why I choose this theme and more plugins from this provider.

As a Color Mag Pro subscriber I received quick and professional assistance from tech support to correct an issue I was having with my template. Tech Support was quick to respond and properly instructed me in correcting the issue. They certainly lived up to their advertising and you get what you pay for.

Nobody could fault Themegrill they are a brilliant company. I've used their themes for years first Esteem and now recently I updated to Zakra theme.
If like me you run a Wordpress website, themes can seem overwhelming as there's just so many to choose from.
What I most like about Themegrill - beside's their beautiful highly adaptable themes is their support. Samir and his team are there for you if you need help with any technical behind the scenes 'WP Dashboard' aspects. Providing small beneficial help like providing custom css to remove or tidy any glitches. Yo can see that they are really devoted to their brand and tbh I think I'd be a bit lost without them.

Samir helped me exactly to the point were my issue was. I could have saved myself a lot of time if I not tried a whole day to fix my problem with my website myself, but directly asked for help by Themegrill Support.

I had a challenging problem, an tried ChatGPT to see if it would work. No luck. I submitted a ticket and Samir responded within hours- his solution fixed the problem on the spot. No complaints here....
