Since going live in our area there have been multiple outages of considerable amounts of time. The latest is now over 4 days of no internet whatsoever. Nothing offered as a backup. Still manage to get their bills out though. Tbh totally unreliable. Internet is now a utility. You can't operate much without it these days so to leave someone 4 days without even offering something, maybe temporary 4g or 5g internet, until it is fixed is terrible. I will be holding Quickline in breach of contract and will look at alternatives as the reliability on this network is non existent.

No issues with this company. Had a warranty issue with a TV. Although I had to wait quite a long time and became frustrated, I know it was Philips who were the issue and not Richer Sounds. Nevertheless they gave me a credit which I used on new TV for my bedroom which was very appreciated as they did not have to do that. Theo was very professional and sympathetic and responded in good time to my queries. Can't fault them really. Buy with confidence!!

Not a problem. Kept informed and able to track to save having to wait in all day. Excellent service.

Well after leaving a positive review initially for one of their reps I am now leaving a negative review. Shelled out ££££s and 2 months later not even had so much as a receipt/invoice/acknowledgement. Nothing. Basically completely ignored. No documents. Nothing. Appalling service. Would give 0 star if I could. Not happy and I want my money back.

Poor quality throughout including the dragon in the office. My advice. Use a different product. There are much better products out there.

Ordered 14/08/25. Was told 48 hour shipment. Now 29/08/25. No shipment. Not even despatched by the looks of it. Please don't say one thing and then do another. Not great for customer service at all. Still waiting for an answer as to what is going on. Still not received item I have paid for 🤷‍♂️

Lynda is so down to earth and approachable. Very punctual and professional. This is now the third time I have met with her. There’s no rush. No hard sell. Patient and able to answer all questions posed to her, in detail. I have spoken with others who are quite the opposite so Lynda is naturally my preference which is why, ultimately I have gone with Honey Legal. It is no secret that trusts and legal matters of this nature are expensive. However Honey Legal are within the realms of acceptability for this kind of thing. I did as much research and due diligence as I could beforehand to ensure I wasn’t led down the garden path and I am confident that the services proposed to and accepted by me are as good as they can be for my personal set of circumstances.

Always my go to, to seek out the best possible deal I can. Now used 3 times for 3 different new car purchases and managed to get the best possible deals available. Very streamlined and easy to use. Terrible company. Ordered 10 of their Thai Green Curry. The listing clearly stated Buy One Get On Free. There was no end date. Said for every one added to basket another one would be added FOC. So I duly ordered 10 expecting 20. Got my order only 10. I contacted them to be told oh that offer ended. I said but that is not what the listing said. In that case I would like to return. They said we do not accept returns, told me once again the offer had ended and said they were doing nothing about it. I therefore sent the evidence to the credit card company and had to deal with it that way. Absolutely pathetic. Just go careful if they ever have any offers on because they will not honour. My advice, go somewhere else.

I honestly cannot fault. Impeccable service. Always do what they can on price. I always research prices and try and get the best value for money that I possibly can whilst also trying to keep to one supplier, so always give the opportunity to match if I find a lower price. Very quick to respond to questions are queries. Delivery always prompt and reliable. Best of all worlds. My now go to supplier for all my catering requirements.

Misleading advertising. Bold claims of unlimited which is not true. Reported to Advertising standards authority. Very slow control panel takes ages to load anything up. Wasted days of time.

Over the past few weeks I have gone from pillar to post being messed about with 3 different hosts making dodgy claims about unlimited this and unlimited that only to find "limits" once subscribed. I chose the £9.99 plan (Actually £8.33 if you go for 12 months). Ruby Plan, for now at least. So far I don't regret it. Support has been solid and there when I wanted it and lightning quick by people who seem to actually give a damn. This is a private company right here in UK not some massive conglomerate who has swallowed up just about every host you have ever heard of. I have yet to put it through its paces when I start adding sites and content but so far everything has been a breeze. I like that they are truly independent of the beasts and that they are a UK owned and operated host. Prices are also fair. So far so good and I commend the people at Krystal. I will update this review when I have further experience with them but as of now I am over the moon. 5 out of 5 for the time being.

Absolute shambles of an organisation. Received a pump that did not work. Ok it happens. Not a biggy. But from then on a complete nightmare. Returned it. No refund. Continued to provide no refund for the returned item until I had to open a case with PayPal. Still did not respond via PayPal. In the end I have had to have PayPal reverse the transaction rather than them actually refunding the item voluntarily. My advice avoid at all costs. There are far better companies out there. Things can go wrong but not to refund someone for a returned item when it was proven to be delivered back to them stinks to be honest. Never again.

All as it should be. Simple to order. Came quickly. No problems at all.
