I booked a collection for a package to be delivered within the UK. First date came and past, no collection. I complained and had to rebook for another date, to be sent a message that they were sorry to have missed me. They sent me a photo of a house that I don't live in! I had waited in all day, again no collection! I complained again!!! I was told as a good will gesture they would upgrade my order! A good will gesture! I was furious!!! Eventually on the third day my parcel was collected. I will never use your service again! I would not recommend you to friends or family and should have read the ghastly reviews other customers have posted, prior to engaging your service!
