Maria gave a quick response to my initial enquiry, giving a good overview of a neighbours plans. a detailed letter followed three days after payment. The letter contained information that i would not have known and referred to planning laws. i had questions afterwards that Maria replied to quickly.
the deadline for objections is 9 days away, so i dont know the outcome , but this has given me confidence that i have done everything i can.

Whilst we had a failed delivery by DX last week, with no response from the courier company, who decided to return the mattress purchase back to Happy Beds, I have nothing but praise for Aimee in customer care. Aimee responded quickly to my email and arranged a replacement to be sent by another courier- Panther. This arrived this morning, with good comms & a call before delivery.I am very pleased with the mattress, which looks very good quality & a bargain at the price.
