The process was quite simple and straight forward. I was given an online quotation, then rang to chat about it. They reduced the value by £50 even though the car was only worth £1000 - surely they don't expect a 12 year old car to be perfect??!!
There were 3 slight imperfections on my car which I notified them of. Unfortunately one was not recorded and so when the exchange was executed this was raised as an issue and, inevitably, the threat of a lower price. At that stage I insisted they had been told and we agreed to carry on the transaction at the agreed value. The inspection and handover was organised and I was kept informed of expected time of arrival, which was after 6pm on Friday! Overall, quite painless apart from the lower value for the car, but its a buyer's market!

Easy to order and received good advice from Neil. Shame BB didn't have the shower tray I needed in stock and so needed to shop elsewhere. The shower tray was on the list of other things needed so not a good idea to be out of stock! Very happy with price and delivery date.

I added my dates incorrectly for the policy and so had to call Cust Services. The Consultant changed the dates immediately and I had a revised Schedule within a few minutes. So everything was done quickly and professionally. Many thanks.
