I had doubts whether I wanted to give 3 or 4 stars, but I still give them 4 stars with benefit of the doubt.
Have ordered shoes but because of an error sending it took a little longer. I was immediately informed about it by email. It would be 2 weeks but it has taken me over 6 weeks until I got the shoes.
2 weeks after I got no message, I sent an email to customer service where the shoes were.
This is a great help and you will get answers to your questions.
But they should provide you more info interim. Shall take uncertainty away from the customer!
Perhaps also compensation for the long wait for the shoes?
The shoes were delivered in good condition and I am satisfied.
The shoebox should in my opinion, be shipped in another box.
So you don't get damaged shoeboxes. (for the collectors)
