So.... I had spent many many many weeks researching, reading reviews etc etc.

And took a gamble.

Ordered our superking dreamcloud mattress and added the separate 2 man pick up for the old mattress.

From start to finish... excellent service and straight forward process.

We are roughly several months on and I couldnt be more DELIGHTED by that previous gamble. Time shall tell on the lasting condition but we spin our mattress every month to even the wear.... but its FANTASTIC.

SUPPORTIVE...SOFT... LUXURIOUS!

SO FAR WE LOVE THIS MATTRESS BOTH ME AND THE MRS. :)

Straight forward ... reasonably priced and easy to operate n navigate. Brilliant.

Signed up for parentaler you end up with mspy.

If I wanted mspy with a shocking trustpilot review record id of gone with them.

Why take the money and then tell people your infact now mspy.

Its a con.

Give people their hard earned money back and do the right thing if your not giving people what they have signed up for.

Many many..... emails back and forth, have now issued legal proceedings to recover costs for 12month mis sold software, court fees and compensation.

An upcoming birthday approaching... I ordered from hotel chocolat website... swift dispatch.... speedy delivery.... messages along the way to update of status... and mostly = NO PLASTERING OF COMPANY NAME ON DELIVERY BOX (Unlike many orders have done from numerous companies in the last week) not Ideal when the recipient of the presents are accepting the deliveries whilst I'm out at work.

All in all..
Hotelchocolat = a company that knows exactly how to package...send and deliver to the highest of standards. :)

Absolutely abysmal service. Ordered our baby boys personalised christmas plate on the 14th of October, chased and chased via email to provide ample opportunity to rectify... then clutching at straws we where closing in on xmas day... had a response detailing trouble with sending, **lied to** (saying they have already sent it so should recieve VERY SOON) = surprise surprise _ NO SHOW!

End result, bit of a miffed email detailing our disappointment and knowing our consumer rights.

Abracadabra = speedy response... apparently this is a one off etc etc - JUST READ THE OTHER REVIEWS! YET ANOTHER LIE. AWAITING REFUND.
