Multiple great experiences with this company
I’ve bought units from this company before so it’s not a one off. They have always been great and contact with them has always been easy and quick. Recently I bought a unit for delivery in london. I entered a letter wrong in the postcode so delivery failed. When I called them they sent a new unit for next day delivery rather than trying to get the courier to change the delivery ( always a nightmare ) it arrived the next day and the original order eventually went back to them. They didn’t charge me for my mistake and I was not without aircon for days while it got sorted !
