Worst insurance company. It's taken 3 months to get a response. My car is still sitting at the authroised repairer and Vero still hasnt given approval to do the work. DO NOT USE THEM.

Took out Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Combined. I called on them after being falsely accused of professional misconduct And besides emails back and forth for six weeks, emails containing containing nothing more than legal gibberish, nothing. Even after bitterly complaining that they weren’t even answering my questions and that I wasn’t impressed or interested in legalese, not even a phone call. But they could manage another email with guess what, that’s right, more legalese. Needless to say I was not impressed and have since given them the shove over the proverbial edge. I hope, I pray; I can only dream that no one has to ever see them again.
