Waiting filters from 4 of July now it’s 19 of July. Still no message that they are send out.

Got all the parts that I need, end extremely quick delivery times

Ordered a Molex connector-NTC, 10 kO at 25 oC) Villavent temperature sensor that Ventdel.no itself recommended. In the picture, it looked very similar to the one I had also with Molex connector and I thought it would be very easy to replace the old one. Instead, I was delivered a temperature sensor with a quick connector. I followed the installation instruction that was sent with the product, but it did not work. So I had to pay a technician to reinstall it. Later I found out that other online shops (Hjemvent.no, for example) selling the same temperature sensor that I received only for 259,- kroner compared to 305,- kroner that Ventdel.no charged. I complained about it but only received arrogant replies even from the manager.

The equimpent well pack and deliver in good condition . I will order more spare parts for ventilation in the future . Well done, keep going with good servise

All good until you try contact them regarding problems with product.
No answer on mail or telephone.
Buy parts from someone else!

Ordered and received a filter quickly (in 3 days) and even got a small surprise in the box (few candies) :).

Was nice only problem was too short wires from the kondensators 🙄 now they just are loose, but has nothing to say, other than that was irritating.

I also think it was little expensive but the last one lasted 30 years so. If you think of it that way 🙄 they are cheap 😂👍

Perfect service, ordered a replacement bulb for a kitchen hood, after a lovely chat on the phone I got a newer bulb (LED) and a conversion kit with detailed instructions. Quick delivery as well.

After changing the filters, a bad smell appears around the ventilation. It has been more than two weeks, but the smell still persists.

In November 2023 I created a half yearly subscription for 2 filters. Received the first batch but have not heard from them since. No reaction to email.

I ordered a Villavent fan motor online on a Tuesday.
The fan motor was not in stock, but on the following Friday I could collect the fan motor.
Also sent a question on mail regarding cabling, and got
a reply 10 minutes later..
