We have been waiting around two months for our order from Ventanas.es, and the experience has been extremely disappointing.

Throughout the process, we have been given repeated excuses and missed deadlines, with no reliable delivery date provided. Each time we ask for an update, the issue seems to be pushed back onto us as though we are being unreasonable for wanting a clear answer.

They are now saying there are issues with raw materials and have also stated that they are a distributor rather than a window manufacturer, which is something customers should be aware of before ordering.

Based on our experience, we would advise others to think very carefully before using this company if delivery times and clear communication matter to you. After two months, we still do not have a confirmed delivery date, and the constant delays and excuses have made the whole process very frustrating.

Maybe recommended with stock models I don’t know but en medida is a big problem. Before paying the estomated delivery time was around 5 weeks, after paying and confirming it’s 8 weeks and now still after 10 weeks no window and nobody knows. I don’t mind waiting but don’t make me order with a very fast delivery time because They know whats going on im sure, they just want your money and you can’t cancel a special made window. Now they are going to respond with there can always be a delay bla bla but they don’t do sh….. better go for Leroy Merlín i have found out because they delivered already,

And now they have as well tried to delete my review and marked it as “fake” I had to send an invoice of the order to trustpilot to verify. This says enough.
