Actually, my last experience that I based this appraisal on was my 4th attempt.
I think my bank was very cautious on my behalf. On this occasion all went smoothly!

Thought i was booking my flight through booking.com, accidentally booked the wrong return flight, was told i couldnt change without a fee even though the airline i booked it with offers free changes to all flights, i booked business class, was then told i had to pay fee of c.200 pounds, reluctantly I paid it , 2 days later they email me, saying they refunded the charge and had cancelled the change, offered no explanation, but then said i could make the change for a charge in excess of 1000. Again, airline offered free changes. Absolutely shocking behaviour. Be very aware booking any flights through booking.com as its not them, I trust booking.com but now will not purchase any flights through them as it is not them.

The booking was made easy by every point being answered on a question and answer form. Clear instructions were given on how to contact both airlines used. The confirmations appeared within minutes for peace of mind.

Goto Gate was able to find tickets easily that I have spent days searching and they also found the tickets cheaper than I found elsewhere including the airlines' sites. We have not flown yet, waiting for the other half of the experience. However, so far so good.

Avoid avoid avoid total scammers we booked r flights in June was heading on holiday today the connection flights wasn’t booked wanted more money which we gave and again wanted monies they have £1890 of our money and no flight had to rebook the day before direct with airline the police and banks are handling it no star please do not use this service.

So pathetic to put charges on every little thing that are supposed to be mandatory for air travel.
Sorry but not a good experience at all.

Smooth processing but tickets with too much add on's makes the booking lengthier, more expensive and confusing. Extra baggage are expensive than competitors. Overall good!

Excellent service

Very easy to book and having used them before, I know they are prompt when there are any flight changes etc. My only gripe is about the number or 'add ons' you have to decline if you dont need them...
