11 business days after ordering and an email to ask what’s happening and still no product or email. Order has been confirmed but no other communication received to date.
Update:
Order placed on 7th, complaint lodged on trust pilot 21st, refund issued 22nd AFTER I lodged this negative review with a note saying the refund had been issued and emails sent prior to complaint. Turns out the manufacturer had no stock of a product they listed.
To be fair Trade electrical have contacted me now I have raised the issue and have apologised for the lack of communication on their part.
