We needed a laptop for our motorsport timing console which can be easily read in outside daylight. We also needed Win10 and a touch screen. The spec we ordered was a bit unusual and received a phone call to make sure we were getting what we actually needed. The Dell Latitude Rugged supplied is in pristine condition and functions perfectly. I am most impressed.

The price seems too good to be true, but it is.
When I looked at the price of the re-built Toughbook computers I thought 'this is too good to be true'. So I need some re-assurance. I spoke with Carlo at RevivedIT. He explained the refurbishment process and answered all my questions. He asked about my requirements and then recommended a model which suited my needs and our price point. We ended up getting 2 x FZ-55 Mk 1 'Toughbooks' with back-up batteries. After payment we got the computers sent to us within 5 days. I haven't used them yet but I'm very impressed with the company so far and feel confident that they will assist me if I have any problems.

From the very beginning, he handled everything in a highly professional yet personal manner. He genuinely takes ownership and ensures the customer is looked after, rather than just completing a transaction. Communication was prompt, clear, and honest throughout the entire process, which made things very easy and stress-free.
