Customer service is superb. They sent me the wrong item but easily got refunded..

I purchased TryCure GrowMax Gummies because the product was advertised with a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

After receiving the product, I decided I was not satisfied with it and contacted TryCure within the guarantee period requesting a refund.

TryCure initially refused my refund. I then quoted their own published refund terms, which stated that if a customer was not satisfied they could request a refund within 60 days and that opened, partially used or unopened products were eligible.

Instead of processing the refund, TryCure replied that they were “looking into it”.

I subsequently found that their detailed online refund policy had been changed. The current policy is marked “Last updated: September 2, 2026” and now introduces additional conditions, including a requirement to use the product for at least 40 days before requesting a refund.

What concerns me is that TryCure's own website continues to prominently advertise a “60-Day Money-Back Guarantee”, while my refund request made under the guarantee has still not been honoured.

I have given TryCure an opportunity to resolve this directly. If they honour the advertised guarantee and refund my purchase, I will update this review accordingly.

At present, based on my experience, I would advise prospective customers to read the refund terms carefully and keep screenshots of the guarantee displayed when placing an order.

I ordered and one bottle had been smashed transit. I contacted the company and they immediately replace. Mines is a work in progress but I have every confidence if I need more support I can contact them and get immediate response. Excellent company to deal with.

Been taking it for about 4 months. My tummy bloating has gone and lost a little bit of weight 😃. At the being I still had 1 bottle left but you tried to send another lot out , but it was very easy to delay by a month. Not sure on the new flavour that came on my last order ,

Ive been using this about 6 months now. I started noticing a difference on my second bottle, I didn't expect to feel any different right away anyway, these things take time. But this absolutely works, my doctor has lowered my Synthyroid medication. Definitely recommend you buy this.

I was very sceptical about this product as there are so many out there making big claims. It did take a good 4-5 months but it has now turned my levels around which levothyroxine on its own did not do.

I was dubious. If it sounds too good to be true....
But I was wonderfully surprised! Now I notice if I forget to take my morning dose of Trycure. It's definitely helped the way I feel each day. I have so much more energy. I recommend you try it for yourself. I'm so glad I did 😊

My monthly subscription for the thyroid drops never arrived, but tracking showed it was stalled somewhere for over three weeks. When I emailed customer service, they responded immediately, saying it must’ve been lost and that they’d replace asap and promised to send an extra bottle as a gift. Of that wasn’t enough, this happened on a Sunday! I love the drips and have come to rely upon them,

I find that this product helps with energy.
The 2nd bottle I received was different to the first, not sure of the change in formulating.
I can't take it every day or I can become hyper. I have been on Levothyroxine for decades.
Their system is very easy to adjust the delivery dates depending on your usage.

Energy...even my husband has noticed the energy I have gotten. Also, I am sleeping without needing to get up during the night. At 4:30 I begin my waking but go back to sleep for another hour. I continue this routine until about 7:30.

I ordered one of their products for better energy in the bedroom and so my member could perform better and I was pleasantly surprised at how great it worked!

ngl there is alot of bad reviews for this brand dont listen to them they are just hater i had an amazing experience i got my product as described and the support also helped me out when i broke it and gave me a FREE REFUND

Took product for a month, all it did was increase my blood sugars. Tried for a refund they said I had to wait 90 days. Company does not stand behind its sugar water false product. Waste of money!

I was concerned as there was no branding on the front of the bottle that says CURE
On the side of the bottle it said THYRO BLOOM not the product as advertised

They are cautioning people about fake products yet all the info on the website is incorrect

I emailed the company as given in the website
Says incorrect email so I decided to call them on the number listed in contact details to my utter disbelief the number was for COIT CLEANING SERVICES IN VANCOUVER CANADA

Is this all a scam ?

I have had HORRIBLE brain fog , weight gain, fatigue and heart palpitations for about 10 years. My thyroid has been tested numerous times always to be just on the border of being below the threshold, but told my labs were normal. I wanted to try something different. I figured this couldn’t hurt. Within 4 days of starting the drops my brain fog lifted. My chest pains/palpitations are gone too. I hadn’t felt this clear headed in years. I’m down 5 lbs as I have more energy to move. I’m going to stick with it for a few months to see if the effects are long standing. I’m also curious to see what my next set of bloodwork will reveal.

It took 2 weeks to arrive and when it did, it came by itself without the extra products or information leaflet.

I also queried the time it took to ship which was met by a rude response.

Terrible company. Avoid.

I have suffered for 18 year with an underactive Thyroid. It was by chance I stumbled on an article regarding Trycure. As someone who was not getting any better I decided to try them. I am gradually seems the benefits from my first bottle and have also lost a little bit weight. Custom service have been very helpful whenever I have getting in touch.

I was concerned that there is no mention of the company name on packaging or bottle and also there isn't a leaflet explaining the product. All research I have done on this shows not to trust a product that lacks these features.

Do not buy this product. It's a complete scam. It doesn't come in the box advertised, has no leaflet in the box and you can buy what they are selling on amazon for half the price.

I took the drops for 4 days and they made me feel ill so I was advised to stop but as I therefore couldn't say for sure if they'd have worked they won't give me a refund. Have you ever heard anything more ridiculous in your life?

A complete waste of money, don't bother with them, look on amazon instead who have a genuine returns policy.
