The product arrived very promptly and as described made my skin feel lovely and soft.
The only downside was after only 2-3 weeks of using the wand it had completely ran out! I have emailed the company twice now with no response. My question being how long does the wand last for? I had only used it once per day on only my face. I am still unaware if I have had an under filled product sent to me of if this is the norm.
It’s a shame really as the product is nice and I would like to have continued using it but feel one wand per 2-3 weeks is a little pricey.

I received 2 collagen sticks and was not happy as it made my skin greasy and break out in spots, I contacted company and they said I could return for a full refund as long as I pay the postage, so I decided to pay for return which cost me £13.50 back to Canada , and now they are not paying the duty tax for the item to be delivered and also not replying to my emails , this company is awful to deal with , and if the item gets returned to me I will be contacting my credit card for a full refund.

Don’t bother
Arrived no issues. Been using consistently for 8 weeks and no change. The cream is greasy and heavy and skin doesn’t absorb any. Can’t see any changes to fine lines let alone deep ones. Can’t really see what the benefit is in continuing its not worth purchasing

Had to wait a little while but worth it. It is true that you can only get the true Nothora stick from here. Anything is a copy and is like vaseline in comparison to this great product. Delivery a bit slow but worth the wait.

Not the best collagen product.
I saw this product on FB and it looked great. I bought 2 tubes after looking at the reviews. I had to wait for the parcel to arrive as they come from china which was a bit worrying as I thought it was a UK company. I tried this for a week and found my skin was itchy after using it and my neck got patchy so I stopped. I had a gap then tried again and same thing. I find it a bit too solid so it pulls my skin. I find the smell odd too.
I wasn’t worried because they had a refund policy. I started emailing last week and have not had one reply. They definitely don’t have a robust complaints department so I then checked all the reviews and realised they are great when they get your order but not good if there’s a complaint.
I would really like a refund as I can’t use it but have not heard a thing from them. The trouble is it’s now probably past the 30 days because of them but it’s not fit for purpose and I am entitled to a refund. Hopefully I’ll hear something soon but I’m not holding my breath.

Item not delivered & no customer service
So placed an order of 2 products for my wife on 24/8. The items have been shipped separately, the collagen stick arrived after 8 days, but the collagen masks have still not shipped even though I have a tracking number. I have contacted the customer service twice through their website and have not had a reply once to my query. Very Poor customer service, looks like I'll have contact my credit card company to get a refund.
