Item not turned up 3 weeks later. Just don’t waste your money.

Definitely not a legitimate company! Order never received, raised dispute through card provider as no communication back from this so called company!

Avoid this company. They seem to be just a good looking web page for a cheap online selling service.

I bought from them thinking the quality may be better than AliExpress. Hmmmm. They also claimed that they would send a tracking number - did not happen.

When chased up about late delivery after 10 days a tracking number appeared - created two days ago!

Luckily it is not a big order, but next time I will just go with AliExpress and get less run around and probably the same item listed by several sellers on AliExpress at a much better price. Threo may just be on-selling at a markup using a nice web site that looks like a professional operation. Caveat emptor!

Terrible website. Don t bother unless you like banging your head against the wall. Tried to order 6 times the same item. Payment goes through via my bank but the checkout page always reverts to the start. Purchases are never confirmed. This company deserves to go under.

Tracking page said package was on the way . After writing them they package was delivered. Couldn’t find it anywhere. After writing the package was returned because no email address for contact. Now they are saying I was contacted 7 times. Never again. They are a scam company

I did read reviews after purchase hermes was a bit slow but the product is fine and a query regarding the delay was answered within a day

Waited nearly two weeks for a very simple order 3-5 working days delivery when it arrived it was missing one of the two items i ordered .
Tried to contact these people? email etc and you get what looks like an automated reply ie your order is being processed .
no correspondence since -currently still waiting for my bicycle pliers!!! would not recommend using this lot again useless in my opinion

Absolute scam of a company.

Order from 9th June still hasn't arrived. They have told me it is my problem to find it. Told me it had been delivered to the back door, only problem is you can't get access to the back door, only front.
I have tried to resolve for over 4 weeks with them just refusing. They told me 3 different couriers had delivered and I had to contact them with NO details. I had to get my bank involved to get my money back. Finally refunded today.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered swimming goggles that never arrived within their promised shipping window. After I legally cancelled the order under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, they confirmed they had the package back in their warehouse but flatly refused to give me a refund.

Instead, they sent a deceptive automated email trying to extort an extra $8 "reshipping fee" via a completely different website called Ortorex. They threatened to completely destroy my paid merchandise if I didn't pay them.

My bank had to step in to recover my money as a goodwill gesture because this company operates like a total fraud. I have officially reported them to UK Trading Standards (Case Ref: CCA-8433602). Avoid them at all costs!

UPDATE: I have discovered that the original, legitimate UK brand "Threo" closed down in 2021. This website (threo.co.uk) has been completely taken over by an offshore scam network (HDCART LIMITED) that hijacked the dead brand's domain name to trick UK buyers. The original owners have even posted public warnings on Facebook telling people NOT to buy from this hijacked site. It is a total front for a dropshipping fraud network.

Would give zero stars if could, please avoid. I Thought they were a UK company but comes from china. I have tried 3 times to swim with them each time I take my goggles out of bag after putting nose bridge on carefully before, the nose bridge has broken before I started tried all 3 now none left and cant wear. They were in a soft bag each time. Total waste of money. Do not buy

Don't buy from this scamming company. My goods didn't arrive, Threo told me to contact the courier and said, "Once courier has your parcel, it out of our hands". This is not true, it's seller's responsibility to ensure you receive your goods. Courier was Evri. Evri don't want to know and suggested I trace and find missing parcel myself.

Do not order from this business! Its a total scam. Took my order weeks ago, and my money. Nothing has arrived and the 'tracking' crashes. How convenient! Just daylight robbery.

They sell unsafe products and don't publish negative reviews on them. Companies like this should be banned from trading. Avoid at all cost (as the cost can actually be quite high).

While the item I ordered arrived reasonably quickly it wasn’t as expected and wish I’d checked trustpilot first about this company as no point in attempting a refund.

I had to write this review about the excellent customer service I received from Threo.
I ordered a pair of kids aqua shoes, and they got lost in flight by the courier unbeknownst to me. But Threo noticed and informed me straight away. They offered me a choice of refund or resend?
As I have previously ordered with them, I opted for another pair to be resent. And after double checking my details were correct they resent my item, which arrived quicker than normal.
This has been the best experience I have had with a customer care team ever. I honestly can’t praise them enough with their efforts on this matter.
The products themselves seem well made and did fit well when tried on. The size guide on the website was spot on. I haven’t used them yet so time will tell if the quality will last.

Absolutely shocking company

Product was defective, a key bolt didn’t tighten in the safety bar and a refund was rejected. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

If no stars was an option it would get it... Ordered prescription swimming goggles, they broke on about the 20th swim. Contacted them, told I had left it too late under the Returns/Refund I had agreed to (?!). Told them I wasn't asking for a return or a refund, just something of merchantable quality, which they plainly weren't. When threatened with Small Claims Court procedure they offered an insult of 40% refund that I accepted. DO NOT USE THEM, USELESS, V POOR QUALITY & NO SERVICE!

I ordered my items from UK website on 03/06/2026 and, since then no updates on my order. I emailed threo requesting an update on the 6th June and never heard back from them. Very poor customer service. I hope at least my items will arrive. I dropped another email today, looking forward some getting back to me.
