I have purchased a few tickets now from Ticket Merchant and every time it has been smooth sailing. Would highly recommend.

Went to the Alex Warren concert it was amazing

Absolutely had an amazing time at the Alex Warren concert!! Not just the performance itself but every step was easy and well organised. Parking was simple with attendants directing in and out traffic. Plenty of toilets and amenities. Food and drink accessible everywhere and wait lines weren’t bad at all considering the volume of bodies in the area.

I highly recommend The Ticket Merchant! The entire buying process was smooth, and my tickets were emailed to me right away. It was so simple to transfer them to my phone wallet and use the barcode at the stadium entry. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase and will absolutely buy from them again for future events.

I have never been to comedy show before, and I did not regret one bit in seeing Bobby Lee live! Buying a ticket and using the website was so user friendly, the venue was clean! The staff were helpful! I will definitely be looking out for my shows to attend via the Ticket Merchant.

Great venue, great audience standing area setup with no blind spots, direct view this stage thanks to which I was blown away by her iconic, unique stage presence, on top of the possibly best vocal display I have experienced at any live. Beautiful architecture too, nice lighting and effects, find this stands out from other venues that I have attended.
Performance wise, just iconic. her way of engaging with the audience, set listing and appeal intensified my excitement to the point of nearly fainting quite afew times, while she retained her calibre till last 1 second
Most of the staff members, especially the nice ladies at the cloak and bar counter and other concert goers I met were absolute angels. Just one thing is that I really don't need to be reminded that the show is over and to exit while texting and waiting to get matched in the corner,
Generally for the website keep up it is a good work and yeah fab taste for selecting the artists and very patient and helpful and instructive online customer services

Easy booking system, staff were great. Location to public transport is good also.

Bought multiple tickets for Slayyyter at 60% upmark from firsthand merchant price. Ticket Merchant fees were a little over 5%, slightly longer wait period than expected but received well before concert took place.

It was an amazing time!! I was so happy to have been able to secure myself a ticket at the last minute. Ticket merchant really came through!!

Everything went exactly as described and was as easy as buying on the original ticket site (easier tbh). Glad they gave all the guarantees about legitimacy etc. because it's really hard to trust ticket sites but my ticket was legit and they were very communicative about timeline expectation for delivery of the ticket etc in my inbox and all that. I bought the ticket about 3 weeks before the concert and it was a very normal reasonable price at that time.

Ticket and concert information was available at purchase.

They let me know that ny ticket would be released a week or 2 after purchase and it came when they said it would.

They now have my trust and faith for concerts to come!

Super easy to use website to book tickets. Venue was well organised for the volume of people. Staff were helpful and kind.

I've used Ticket Merchant a few times now and have found their process quite easy. Their emails about ticket release or delay are informative and the updates for your event also. I've also been able to find tickets through their website for an event when not available through another site which was certainly a bonus.

Communication was quick. It was easy to find in emails and easy to understand. Clear details and instructions.

Absolutely bloody hilarious! 😂 Jeff Dunham had us laughing from start to finish. The puppets, the jokes and the way he brings each character to life were brilliant. Definitely worth seeing live — my cheeks hurt from laughing so much! 🤣
10/10 night… although I’m pretty sure my stomach muscles are now on strike! 😂
