The order was delivered on time and…
The order was delivered on time and packed well, although the wool was just packed in a box loosely so if it got wet it would have gone through to the pattern and wool. Normally it’s placed in a plastic bag and then put in a. Ox.

Great value
Great value, good communication and quick delivery. One item was unavailable and I was given the chance to proceed without the item or cancel the whole order. I opted to cancel and reorder to include a different item. The refund processing was fast and efficient. I would definitely use the Knitting Network again.
