What you save in prices on the website you pay in bad service.
I got a package delivered and received a notice from GLS that the package was ready for pickup. When I went there it was to my surprise sent back. I never received any warning communication from GLS. Who would've thought you only have 7 days to pick it up. It was on country side in the heavy snow and I didn't have a chance to get there any earlier. Now weeks go buy and no communication from Taste of Latin America. I write them and they seem unapologetic and also claim that I need to pay an extra postage for the package to be returned and then an extra postage for the package to be sent again. In total 3xpostage. After many emails back and forth, I can tell you that their service is very poor. What you save in prices on the website you pay in bad service.

I'm sorry you can't understand that you can't always be right, even if you push, offer, and complain. When you're wrong, you simply have to accept it.
You make a purchase, we ship it on time, and if you don't pick it up, GLS returns it. It's that simple!

Yes, a total of three times: the one you didn't pick up, the one that was returned, and if you want us to send it to you, it will be the third time.
Those are the rules, and we follow them. I'm sorry you don't understand; everyone else does.
Customers who don't pick up their orders call us to apologize, not to threaten us like you did.
We're giving you zero stars for being such a bad customer.
