No flag when ordering products from the UK that they have to be returned to an address in Australia.

I ordered some cuddly toys and on arrival they were much larger than expected.
I executed my right to return by email and their team were deliberately difficult, taking 4 email exchanges asking for me to provide information on damage when I’d explicitly said the reason for exchange was that I’d changed my mind based on the size.

Once they finally did respond, after stating my legal rights as a uk consumer they only have an Australian address to return to.

Wouldn’t ever order anything from them again

Very satisfied! Exactly as on pictures and good material. I ordered Sunrise romper and a top and shorts seashell set and they are adorable. I ordered one size bigger so they would be more comfortable for the baby 🥰

The sweaters are truly heirloom quality with thick, high quality yarn used for custom embroidery. We ordered 2 sweaters to announce the names of our newborn twins and couldn’t be happier! I 100% recommend these for the best memories to look back on!

Nice stuffs....but some.cimingbfrim China. So you pay Occidental price for something done in China, and you will have extra costs for taxes, customs etc. It costs me more than 109 euro at the end, for. A simple cotton blanket...

I paid $54 for a product that is a low-quality Temu item selling for around $17. It also has no manufacturer information, no instructions, and no information about the materials used, which is especially concerning for a product marketed for children. I requested a refund and received no response. The order took weeks to arrive.

The quality of the clothing is amazing, its so soft. We get a lot of compliments on the hey cutie outfit! Have gotten a lot more wear out of it too because of the relaxed fit.

I am so smitten with the cuddle duck and sunshine romper ☀️. These were the first two items I purchased when I found out I was pregnant. I brought the duck to the hospital and they were in baby girl's newborn photos, and I quickly decided it was perfect and would be in her monthly photos! I received the most beautiful knit sun dungarees for my baby as a gift. When he was big enough to fit I found it to be the most beautiful quality ever and the tones are stunning! It’s also amazing as it had grow buttons for when he gets bigger so he can get more wear out of it! This piece is so special and I will treasure it!
