Fast delivery, everything was perfect

Fast shipping and good prices. There was an issue with a part of the goods we bought but it was handled efficiently by their support and we were sent a replacement part quite fast.

If I had to put my finger on anything, we were asked to look for a batch number to be able to start a claim with the manufacturer. This practice does not correspond with danish law which only requires that you have a receipt of what you bought. We were lucky that we still had the box that happened to have the batch number of the part, I wonder whether we would have had an issue otherwise.

EDIT: Adding a 5th star to my review after they responded to my review and told me that the claim would have been fine too if I didn't have the batch number

Bought a marmor table, supposed to be delivered in 5-8 days, but first got delivered 14 days later, without the “legs”, only the marmor. I called them, someone said they were gonna find out what happened and call me, but just got an email saying the legs would be delivered. I answered asking when because it already took very long to be delivered, and I would have guests on Friday and had no table. They answered me: “ the legs will be delivered asap”. Here I’m sitting without table, after a very rude answer.

I bought two lights from Trendyliving for 3492 kr. Order number 242999. The prices were advertised on their website at 50% off. I paid through MobliePay and waiting for their shipping. After a few days I received one mail from them saying the prices they offered were mistaken so they refused to send out the items.

I've been shopping online for decades. 50% off doesn't sound like crazy erroneous discount, but this is the first time ever that I experienced the seller just didn't fulfill the order in this way.

The seller did not even reply my mail on the matter. They seem to care more about a little tiny amount of money than the honor of business conduct and customer's satisfaction.

Ironically, it's also my first time shopping with Trendyliviny. The experience was just way too bad. In guess this will also be my last experience with this website.
