Terrible delivery experience – still waiting for our furniture
We ordered furniture from Beliani, but we still haven’t received it due to their awful delivery partner, BFT. We were home during both scheduled delivery windows. Both times, BFT claimed we weren't there, despite having our phone number and the direct intercom code. To make matters worse, when we called BFT, the representative completely refused to speak English and was entirely unhelpful. We have both called and emailed Beliani to resolve this, but they have failed to fix the issue. Hopefully, we will actually receive our order one day!

Still waiting for our furnitures to arrive
We ordered a bed frame, a sofa, a table, and six chairs from Beliani on April 19th. Today is June 3rd, and none of the items have arrived.
To make matters worse, we received misleading information from customer service regarding the delivery timeline. Because of this misinformation, we had to host guests without a table or chairs. We are expecting more guests in the next two weeks and still have no table, chairs, or sofa.
The lack of communication, inaccurate information, and excessive delays have been extremely frustrating. Had I known we would be treated this poorly, I would never have ordered anything from Beliani.
I cannot recommend Beliani based on this experience.

Extremely poor service
Extremely disappointing experience with Beliani.
My order was delivered 7 days later than promised, which already created unnecessary inconvenience. Unfortunately, the real problem started when trying to assemble the furniture.
The assembly instructions provided were unclear, incomplete, and extremely difficult to follow—especially for the drawers and drawer runners/slides. There were no proper video instructions available, and the paper guide did not clearly explain how the drawer sides and wheel mechanisms were supposed to fit together. After more than 6 hours spent trying to assemble it, the pieces still would not fit correctly.
I contacted Beliani for support, expecting a prompt and practical solution since this issue was clearly related to poor instructions and product guidance. Instead, I spent 2 days receiving generic standard responses asking me to be patient and wait for updates on my case, with no real help or resolution provided.
As a customer, this has been incredibly frustrating. Between the delayed delivery, unclear assembly process, lack of proper support, and repeated automated-style replies, the entire experience has been stressful and unacceptable.
I expected far better customer service and product quality. At this point, I am a very dissatisfied customer and would not recommend Beliani based on this experience.

Warranty confirmed — but no real solution
I’ve been a Beliani customer for five years and bought a sofa for 7,989 kr that has been used very little. Despite this, it started sagging badly in the middle and is now unusable.
Beliani confirmed the defect under warranty and initially promised a replacement part. A week later they backed out, claiming the model had changed, and instead offered only 1,000 kr refund or a 2,000 kr voucher.
For a defective sofa that cost nearly 8,000 kr, this is simply not an acceptable warranty solution. Very disappointing handling of a loyal customer’s case.

I bought a couple of items that were not in stock. They became available before what was stated on the website and sent to us almost immediately. We got the packages very quick. All items are great quality and easy to assemble.

They play a lot with words. Their campaigns are dishonest. Avoid them if they ever present an offer with voucher codes, there are often hidden conditions or twisted wording.
