I bought one Travelite medium aluminium…
I bought one Travelite medium aluminium case. As good as the top, maybe better! The service by Leon et al at Travels and Bags is superb! I wanted an extra wheel, since in my experience these are good to have, because despite the quality of the product airports are a force of nature!
I absolutely recommend Travels&Bags to alll my friends. I will be buying the whole Travelite set in due time.

EDIT:
Seller has responded but is ignoring my requests for a refund and keeps offering a discount instead. Definitely a scam site!

En månad har gått och jag har inte fått någon återbetalning – bedrägerisajt, undvik!
Jag tror att det här är en bedrägerisajt. Varorna jag beställde skickades aldrig, och trots att de lovade återbetalning har det gått nästan en månad utan att jag fått några pengar tillbaka.
Det finns inget telefonnummer för att kontakta kundtjänst, och de svarar inte på e-post heller.
De positiva omdömena på Trustpilot tror jag är skapade av dem själva.
Undvik att beställa någonting från den här webbplatsen.
update: I have recieved the refund after severals mail asking (around 1 month finally). What seller comments below isn't true. The fact is that they failed to send on time as promise. After 2 weeks of waiting, I contacted them that I have to cancel the order and refund because I was going to leave soon (by policy on their website after 10 working days it's legit to cancel order). They agreed to cancel the order and refund because items hadn't arrived their end yet. I've already informed them canceling the order before the items was shipped to me, so I don't understand why I was blamed for not picking up? And I didn't recieved any notification either, so I have big doubt of what they claimed.
After buying on their website, I didn't get any update or delay notification. I have to keep sending e-mail to them for updates and asking refund, they are quite passive, it's quite time wasting and exhausting, this is not a good way doing business.
