Never buy anything from this company!!! Ordered a birthday present for my son at the end of April, paid by Swish, got a order confirmation and started to get a lot of ads by e-mail from them. The delivery time was supposed to be 4-6 days but until today (6th of July) I have seen no delivery, no response to my many e-mails, chats, cancellation of the purchase or phone calls. ARN next.
Ordered wrong size. To return you're suppose to email, I did. Nothing happened. Sent three emails without response. Now trying to reach them, currently standing in their phone queue.
I ordered golf shoes on 7 April. A shipping label was issued. I had no response from my inquiry's for 2 weeks. Then I was told they did not have the shoes in stock and they would be issuing a refund. I have tried to call and no one answers. I sent emails with no response. I have sent messages via chat on there website. All with no response. Worst company I have every dealt with. I just my 1,327.75 kronors returned. If this company wasn't 8 hours away from my physical address I would be knocking on there door. Do not order from them!
