I had a terrible experience with Todocoleccion and strongly advise others to be extremely careful.

I placed an order and paid in full, but never received the item. The shipment was officially declared lost, and compensation was issued to the seller.

However, despite this:

I never received my order
I never received a refund
The seller completely disappeared

After months of waiting, Todocoleccion’s response was basically: “we are just an intermediary”. They applied some “restrictions” to the seller, but that did absolutely nothing to resolve my case.

To make things worse, the seller later claimed that their company was dissolved and that the case had “expired” — and Todocoleccion simply accepted this without protecting me as a buyer.

So the result is simple:
➡️ I lost my money
➡️ No product
➡️ No real support
➡️ No accountability

This platform provides zero real buyer protection.

After more than 5 months, I am still without my money.

Conclusion:
Todocoleccion is unsafe for buyers. If something goes wrong, you are on your own.

I ordered a dvd film without knowing the shipping costs. Then I contacted that I wish to cancel my online order. The seller decided to ask me € 25,- for the shipping costs. That is a crazy amount and not usual from Spain to the Netherlands. So again I said no and have legal right to cancel online order within 14 days of ordering date. Now I get the idea the are stretching time and still emailing that " I have to make a deal with the seller"! My NO = NO!

Great sales platform. Good support from Todocoleccion support team if needed.
A well set up system on the sales platform too.
I have used this sales platform many times the past 5-6 years. Everything are perfect.
The best thing is really, It is not an American platform.
I can highly recommend this sales site to everybody.

Simple site ,many options ,free playcingcost

Excellent reaction by the todocoleccion Team to any problems created mainly by suppliers.But I have a suggestion that the reminder to complete a purchase should be left at least 5 days as many suppliers sites need a lot of time to explore.

High transport costs , the vendor I paid but doesn’t ship, high prices

Todocolección is far better than any other purchase site.

Bought a lot of items over the years from different sellers and have found them ALL to be reliable and trustworthy. In the UK we have an addiction to Paypal, but of course Paypal take a cut of the seller's fee. Many Spanish traders WILL accept Paypal, but ask you to add an amount to help offset this charge (fair enough). I've used both Paypal and bank transfer and never had a problem, even when goods went astray, the seller looked in to it and the parcel was located successfully. A great site, highly recommended!

BEWARE OF SCAMMERS!

Totally worthless site, scammer sellers and the admins do not take any action to stop it or to set things straight. The only reply you get is: "the seller is going to contact you". I've been trying for months now to get either the goods or the money back, but it keeps going in circles!

I see a shirt which is missing in my collection, asking price 30 euro's. I purchase the shirt, seller doesn't respond, cancels the sale and gives me a bad review.

Seller relists the shirt for 40 euro's, again I buy, seller doesn't respond, cancels the sale and gives me a bad review.

Again seller relists the shirt for 70 euro's this time. A scammer tactic to up the price!

This time the seller does responds and asks me to transfer the money to his bank account, I did.

Then the seller becomes unresponsive! I contact the admins, they tell me the seller is going to contact me.

Seller tells me to wait and again becomes unresponsive. Again I contact the admins, they tell me the seller is going to respond, he does and again becomes unresponsive.

I contact the admins again, they tell me the seller is going to contact me, the seller tells me he doesn't have the shirt and that he's going to give me my money back.

Then suddenly a whole range of nonsense follows. He wants to keep looing for the shirt, he can't pay me through IBAN he want's to pay me through Paypal (scammer tactic as Paypal is reversible within 180 days), he offers me a completely different shirt which is listed for 25 euro's and not the 70 I paid. Finally I tell him that I want that specific shirt of my money back, then he tells me he will keep searching and becomes unresponsive again!

All the while the listing for the shirt I want to buy, which I paid for is still up and for sale!

To test I had a friend create an account and respond to the listing, the seller replied asking for a money transfer!

So you can see, this is totally a scam site!

For the last time I contacted the admins informing them about the situation, what I think about their site and their sellers. I gave them 1 last chance to set things straight before I go onto review sites.

Guess what their repsonse was? The seller is going to contact me!

So here we are, I've been trying since april (it is now november) to get this shirt or my money back no success!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OF THIS SITE! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

To respond to the reponse of the site admins below. The seller finally transfered 70 euro's through PayPal. As I suspected it's a commercial transaction which is reversible, I suspect the seller will reverse the transaction within 180 days but I will not let him.

Because it's a commercial transaction PayPal has transfer fee's, which I had to pay.

Also the seller only refunded the price of the shirt, not the shipping costs. So he still owes me 13 euro's plus the PayPal transaction fee's.

Yet again, the response of the site admins proves how blind they are to the conduct of their sellers because this is documented in the chat messages which they can access and have accessed.

Avoid! Don't be fooled to think that you are protected by the umbrella of a company. You are on your own trading with sellers and if things go wrong, you lost your money. It's as risky as any website and the customer service is simply symbolic and useless. I bought two books Seller sent bank details so I could pay him (alternative is PayPal using friends option). Then, argued money didn't arrive. I opened a dispute case with bank and proved the money was received. Seller annulled the purchase and contacted Customer Service. Todo Colección started by reminding me of a contract I had accepted by purchasing and proof of payment (default setting is that seller is a victim).Todo Colección said they are not responsible, they are no intermediate and don't get involved in transactions. I asked what was their responsibility if it's their website. They said contact the seller because they have no responsibility. So, play Russian roulette with this website. You have been warned... you are on your own.

I've edited my review in October after my transaction in March to update on flaws from this website: sellers are never checked, nor are the reviews. I was treated with absolutely no respect from the seller and occasionally by the customer service too. The scammer is now offering the same item but now using another seller name. TodoColeccion have their own payment method, but sellers won't mention this. Use bank transfer or PayPal friends and your money is gone with Todocoleccion not taking any responsibility. Run, please!

I bought a rather expensive item. Seller was in Spain, I was abroad. More than a month elapsed and still it had not arrived. The seller did not reply to my messages and so I contacted the services of Todocolección (which is very simple, when in other similar sites it would have been very complicated because they try to evade direct contact) and immediately received personal attention. After a verification, the capabilities of the seller for business within Todocolección was restrained and the same day I received a message from him stating that the parcel had been returned because of a mistake in the address and within a week I received it safely. I was quite impressed and, of course, very satisfied with the help received from Todocolección.
